What counts as a credit?+
One credit = one minute of source video processed end-to-end (clipped, reframed, captioned). A 30-minute podcast burns 30 credits. Re-rendering a clip doesn't cost extra.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds, but no clawback either.
Is there a free trial?+
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day trial. No credit card required. You get the full Pro feature set during the trial — FrameOS reframing, hook detection, all caption styles.
What's the watermark policy?+
There is no watermark on any FrameOS plan. Even on Starter, exports are clean 1080×1920 MP4s, ready to ship.
Do you offer student or non-profit pricing?+
